Getting here:

Royal Holloway is a short walk from Egham station (a walking map can be found here). It is easily accessible from London Heathrow (by bus or taxi), however it can be a lot cheaper to fly into one of the other London airports (particularly if you are coming from Europe). Details of our location, and directions, can be found by following this link. Parking on campus is available throughout the workshop period, but a permit is required. Please email the organisers if you need one.

Some useful websites:

A selection of local taxi companies (some offering online booking and airport meet-and-greet services): Ascot Cars, Egham Cars, Gemini Cars (Egham), Windsor Cars.

Beyond the workshop:

If you are wanting to spend some time in central London before or after the workshop then some standard affordable hotels can be booked through here. An inexpensive option is to stay in UCL’s dorms which can be booked through here. If you are not restricted to affordable accommodation you will be spoilt for choice if you look at any of the standard hotel booking websites.
